Earlier this week the our team attended the DJI UK launch event for the DJI M200 series at the Fire Service College at Moreton-in-Marsh. It was great to get more detailed insight into the platform ahead of the market and get some detailed understating of the integration and SDK options. We expect this to be a very important drone in the commercial market for 2018.

Great to see the beautiful old technology at the Fire Service College alongside the latest drone technology the Aerialtronics Zenith, equipped with its thermal and visible light camera. In addition you can put a gas sensor and a radiation sensor onto this drone.
Really interesting discussing the application of UAV’s to this challenging environment, we also got to do some tests on the fantastic training ground!

We had a great day with Panasonic UK, Casey Gutteridge, Ross Grieve, Steven Clarey at the Souter Lighthouse Kite Festival. The kites were fantastic, just enough wind for them and within the operating parameters of the s900 and the Inspire.
We had a great time at the UAS 2014 event, we met an interesting selection of business, government and commercial users of UAS. The sessions were interesting covering the EU legal position, Fire Service, Police and Military usage of Drones. This was the first time we had the Neo with us at a show and it did generate a lot of interest!
We will be there with a selection of our systems including the HighOne, S1000 and the Neo.

We had a great time at the 2014 Photography Show, so many people visited the stand and it was great to show this amazing kit.
The winner of the Phantom 2 with Zenmuse gimbal from the show at the is Mr Jim Young of JYES Positive Solutions. We look forward to catching up with him in a few weeks to hear how he’s been getting on! Congratulations Jim, happy flying!
