An entertaining take on saying no to spec work… an antiquated practice that’s expensive, time-consuming, stressful. And, let’s face it – it’s essentially an institutionalized way of getting us to work for free.
Earlier in June, Bowes Museum ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to create an Indian Rangoli in their entrance for the opening of ‘Celebrating Ganesha’.
Indian artist, Mrs Raj Rani and her son, Rahul, were joined by backers, volunteers, children and staff to create this amazing piece of Indian art, using lentils, rice, pasta and peas. We were delighted to be asked to put a short piece of film together to record this extraordinary event, we even got to join in a bit at the end!
